The room was big size, with a private bathroom. The location of this great hotel was magnificent, in the middle of jackson. What's more, it was adjacent to Longview, and stores and theatre.

Our bed was too soft.

As for me, the location was marvellous and nice, just next door to Longview and theatre and stores and theatre.

We had a really great stay in this hip new hotel. We booked a triple room with an impeccably clean bathroom. Exceptional staff and the location was great and nice. Also, it was 2 miles from Longview Mall.

The rooms had great lighting and comfortable beds. It was the cleanest hotel I've stayed in, making me feel truly at ease. I will definitely choose this place for my relaxing getaways.

The setting was magnificent, close to stores and theatre, Longview and theatre. My triple room was beautiful and wonderful. The staff was very very helpful and outstandingly accommodating, everything was well-maintained.

Honestly no complaints. Great hotel located really close to stores and theatre and Longview. Exceptionally comfortable bed, sparkling clean bathroom and climate control, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. Loved Longview, the hotel was great in the middle of jackson. The location was marvellous, not far from Longview and stores and theatre. There was café Corner Bakery Cafe, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the venue.

The rooms are extremely spacious and beautiful and the staff is amiable.

The room itself was a peaceful retreat, with beautiful colors that were just enough to give it a cozy feel without being overpowering. The bed was amazing, providing ultimate comfort for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was sparkling clean, and the shower facilities were wonderful and relaxing after a long journey. Additionally, the hotel offered a convenient mini fridge and microwave, as well as a coffee maker, ensuring that all essential needs were met.

The check-in system seemed outdated and crazy slow, with a staff member not being present at the check-in desk for about 20 minutes.

The beds were comfy and the customer service was great. The hotel is clean and the staff was helpful. We had to book last minute and they accommodated us quickly.

I was initially disappointed when I reserved a room with a king size bed and a sofa bed but received a room with only a king bed. However, the bed itself turned out to be incredibly comfortable, which made up for the initial mix-up. The cleanliness and serenity of the room were also a big plus. The shower facilities were wonderful and relaxing after a long journey. I found the room itself to be a peaceful and comfortable haven.

It was a bit disappointing that there was no continental breakfast available during my stay, as I would have loved to enjoy a hot breakfast without having to leave the hotel. Additionally, the limited cable TV channels meant that there wasn't much to watch unless you had Netflix.

The hotel had sparkling clean shower and bathrooms, comfy bed and pillows, cute mini fridge and microwave, and a nice coffee maker. The pool and patio were enjoyable, and the market/convenience store was handy. The location was great, with beautiful decor and friendly staff. TV swiveled for easy viewing, and it was quiet for a good night's sleep.
